We want you to feel like a total icon in your Tibbs & Bones fits, so if your order isn't quite right, we offer easy returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to be eligible for a return.
Check Your Eligibility
Ensure your items are in original condition with tags attached and that your order was received within the last 14 days.
Submit a Request
Head over to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack and Post
Securely package your items and use the provided shipping label or your preferred carrier to send the parcel back to our warehouse.
Get Your Credit
Once our team inspects and approves your return, you will receive an email with your store credit code or confirmation of your exchange.
